Return Policy

At E-Machinery Hub LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us promptly. Our return policy allows for item returns within 10 days of receipt, under the following conditions:

General Return Guidelines

  • Returned products must include all original packaging and components.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping insurance.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Defective Merchandise & Shipping Damage

  • If your product is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact us immediately.

  • If your item was damaged during shipping, send clear evidence of the damage to sales@emachineryhub.com. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim and resolve the issue.

Return Instructions

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • To request an RMA number, contact our customer service team at (330) 800-1743‬ or email sales@emachineryhub.com.

  • Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM ET.

  • Returns sent without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Detailed return shipping instructions will be provided upon receiving an RMA.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing all return items to prevent damage during transit. Returns received with damage due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection by E-Machinery Hub LLC.

  • Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to process after inspection.

  • Shipping costs, including both original and return shipping, are non-refundable.

E-Machinery Hub LLC reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time.
